How we help you rent a car in Timor-Leste
We publish USD day rates by model on the Fleet page. Our usual package is vehicle + professional driver; fuel is not included because every itinerary differs. Message WhatsApp with your dates and where you want to go — we confirm the package and final price.

Daily hire & models
Choose an SUV, city car, or the 15-seat Hiace van depending on your group and roads. Listed rates are starting points per day in USD.
With/without driver and exact totals are agreed on WhatsApp once we know your route and schedule.

Multi-day & longer hire
Multi-day and weekly rentals suit NGOs, projects, and longer stays. We can keep one vehicle and driver lined up for consecutive days.
Ask for a bundle rate when you share total days and approximate kilometres — we reply in USD on WhatsApp.
How to quote:
- Share dates, passenger count, rough route (Dili only vs districts), and hotel or airport handover if needed.
- We confirm vehicle + driver package; fuel stays outside the day rate unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Vehicle + driver package · fuel
The standard offer is car with driver. Fuel is not included: you refill as you go or reimburse per our usual arrangement, which we explain before you start.
Handover can be in Dili, at your hotel, or by arrangement near the airport — confirm time and meeting point on WhatsApp.
What to mention when you message:
- Model or category from the fleet list
- Dates and whether you need the Hiace or a 7-seat SUV
- Rough plan (so we can advise fuel and timing)

Booking & paperwork
We confirm identity and booking details before handover. If a self-drive option is ever offered for a specific vehicle, licence rules are explained case by case.
Deposits or pre-authorisation may apply. Insurance and excess are covered in your rental paperwork — ask on WhatsApp if you want a summary before pickup.
